Option Settings

The workbank settings can be accessed from the sidebar of any workbank by selecting "Option Settings".

The Option Settings page is broken down into four main tabs, with several sub sections for each.

Basic

The scope section defines the main details of the workbank. This includes:

Name - the option name
Notes - a short description or note about the workbank.
Start Year - the year the workbank should start from.
Option Area - the edit button launches a modal to select the intervention areas to include in the workbank.

Private business cases and options can only be viewed by users in the owners user groups. If private is not enabled, they can be viewed by any user

The access subsection allows the workbank owner to be defined, along with setting the workbank to private.

Costs allows the impact data set for the workbank to be selected.

Cost price quarter can also be selected from this subsection.

The risk selection allows the risk percentage to be adjusted between:

To archive the current workbank, toggle the Archive option.

This section allows Resource Data Sets to be selected, along with annual budgets.

Target invertentions displays a list of all interventions for this workbank (that take into consideration any filters set).

To edit any of these interventions, select the Edit icon from each row.

Warnings show a list of current warnings for the workbank.
