Workbank Exports

Workbank Exports are available from the Calendar View.

Exports can be created by selecting the Export icon from the right hand side of the calendar header.

Export Options

Interventions

This option produces an export of all interventions. Only interventions displayed based on the current filters are exported.

Interlocking Area Technologies

This option produces an export of all interlocking area technologies. Only items displayed based on the current filters are exported.

Interlocking Area Work Types

This option produces an export of all interlocking area work types. Only items displayed based on the current filters are exported.

For CSV Import

The "For CSV Import" option creates an export which can be edited and imported to create a new option.

This export may appear to include duplicated interventions. These are included as the export is a reflection of user interactions over time.

Example:

• An intervention has been created to assign Work Type A to an interlocking.
• The intervention is changed, and Work Type B is now applied to the interlocking.
• The intervention is reverted to Work Type A.

As work types change, other areas of the work bank can be impacted.

On import, this export replays the interactions in sequence to ensure the outcome is the same as the option it was created from.

For CSV Import (Including Automated Jobs)

This export option produces the same as the "For CSV Import" option, but includes any automated renewal interventions.
