Features Of The Calendar

TRD Bars

A TRD Bar is a display of a network areas Target Renewal Date.

Target renewal dates can be based on SICA scores, policy lifetimes or user overrides in Rail BI (subsystem ERD).

Each network area has three different bars, displaying the following:

NameDetails
TRD 1: Control SystemTarget date for Control System elements.
TRD 2: InterlockingTarget date for Interlocking elements.
TRD 3: ExternalsTarget date for External elements.

The below example shows the three different TRD bars.

TRD types

One (or more) bars can be toggled by selecting Configure Calendar, then clicking Available Target Renewal Dates.

To toggle the bar on or off, click the toggle switch then save the change by clicking Confirm.

TRD Overrides

If a TRD has been overriden, a dotten green line will be displayed.

TRD override

The vertical pipe at the start shows the date the TRD was originally scheduled, with the end of the line displaying the new TRD date.

Out Of Policy Interventions

If a renewal job is scheduled for 2 years or more after the target renewal date, the calendar view will display a solid red line to highlight an Out Of Policy job.

TRD breach

The OOP line starts with a vertical pipe to display which TRD is breached, and connects to the renewal job for that TRD.

Users can hover over the renewal job to see the full information.

TRD breach

To resolve this breach, the renewal job should be scheduled sooner (or where applicable, the TRD overridden).

Hatched Interventions

Interventions displayed as hatched bars do not match any current filters set.

These can be removed from view by selecting More from the filters menu, and toggling Hide Filtered Out Projects.
