Introduction To DataStore

What Is DataStore?

DataStore is a Rail BI product designed to replace the Signalling System Asset Data Store (SSADS).

DataStore is primarily a repository of Signalling asset data with Interlockings, Level Crossings and their associated data.
Changes to asset data within Datastore automatically update the Signalling Work Bank in Rail BI.

DataStore has been designed to:

• Provide easy access to Signalling Data.
• Manage the change control process for updating asset data.
• Provide audit history for asset changes.
• Allow administrators to easily adjust asset schemas to support new assets or additional asset fields.
• Integrate seamlessly with Rail BI and the SICA application.

DataStore is now available in beta. You can explore and review your data in a safe, read-only environment while we continue to refine the platform.

We update the application regularly with improvements and fixes, so it will evolve throughout the beta period. You can keep track of what has changed in our DataStore release notes.
