Workbank Versions
Workbank Versions
In the workbank header, the current version number is shown.
Live Version
The live version of any workbank indicates that it is currently being worked on and is subject to changes in both inputs and outputs to reflect the latest position.
If reporting and the stability and auditability of the underlying data is important, consider using a published version, or publishing the live workbank before doing so.
Accessing Previous Versions
Previous versions are snapshots of the workbank at the time it was published, showing costs and volumes from that time. This also includes any assets that were on that workbank at the time of publishing.
By clicking "version" from the workbank header, all previously published versions of the workbank are shown.
To view a previous version, click on the version number from the drop-down box. Hovering over the version name includes more details about the published version.
A new workbank version is automatically published once per Network Rail period (4 weeks).
No edits can be made to any previous versions once they have been published.
Any images contained within this documentation are for demonstration purposes only. Condition and Renewal information have been generated specifically for this purpose and do not reflect the assets true status.
