Audit Logs

Audit logs are available for every workbank within Rail BI.

To view the logs, select Options Logs from the sidebar of any workbank.

Upon opening the page and selecting the Audit Logs tab, this will display the primary logs showing what data has been changed on the page.

To enable the secondary logs, toggle the show secondary logs slider at the top of the page. This will show which data has been downloaded or exported and which user account performed that action.

Export Audit Logs​

Audit logs can be exported by selecting the "Export CSV" option.

Select to export the last 3 months, or all audit logs for the current option.

Audit Log Subscription​

You can subscribe to the audit log to receive a daily email summary of changes.

To subscribe, click the Subscribe button. If the button is green, this signifies a current subscription.

Open the Subscribe drop-down to manage your subscription options:

  • Unsubscribe - stop receiving audit log subscription emails.

  • Update subscription - update your subscription so it matches the audit log entries currently shown with your workbank filters applied.

  • Show subscription filters - view the audit log records that currently match your subscription filters.
