What Is Delivery Reporting

Delivery Reporting is a module within Rail BI that is designed to support intervention delivery reporting, and allows users to:

Track business plan changes
Manage the impact of intervention delivery on the overall plan.

Track intervention cost and volumes
Stay on top of costs with alerts.

Keep track of business plan costs
Keep track of all your business plan costs, including:

• Workbank planning costs
• Business plan costs
• Actual costs.

View Outputs
Access new reports and dashboards.

Additional Oracle Projects Integration

Additionally, we offer an Oracle Projects (OP) integration that imports all Oracle Projects costs and volumes directly into your Rail BI workbanks.

By choosing to add the Oracle Projects integration, you can:

• Quickly compare forecasted costs with actual costs
• Take advantages of Variance Reports
• Keep all workbank data updated with the latest actual costs.

Accessing Delivery Reports

Delivery Reports can be accessed from the sidebar of any workbank.

Expand the sidebar then select the Commercial heading, folowed by Delivery Reporting.
