Group Manual Interventions The Same Way As Automated Interventions​

Interventions can be added to packages by selecting the package name from the Edit Intervention modal.

Select Telecoms Assets When Creation An Option​

To ensure an option is using Telecoms Assets, select the Telecoms discipline from the second page of the modal. A list of Telecoms asset areas will be shown to add to the option.

Show Telecoms TRD in the Calendar​

TRDs can be toggled on or off by selecting Configure Calendar, then Show Target Renewal Dates from the Rollout Calendar.

Vew And Edit Telecoms Technologies​

Technologies can be viewed and edited by selecting Settings -> Technologies & Work Types -> Technologies

View And Edit Telecoms Work Types​

Work Types can be viewed and edited from the Work Types dashboard

View Target Renewal Date For Telecoms Assets​

TRDS can be viewed on the calender view. They are displayed by vertical bars within the calendar.

View The Complete Telecoms Workbank​

In the search bar, enter 6678 and select Complete Workbank (Telecoms) from the dropdown list that appears.

View The Linked DataStore Asset Record​

Select Data followed by Assets then Telecoms from the menu bar, then click on the View In DataStore icon for the asset you wish to view.

Understand Asset Names​

Asset names are created using the following format:

[Ellipse Site Code] - [Site Name] - [Network / System] - [Asset Type] - [Asset Sub-Type].
