Open the complete telecoms workbank​

From the Useful Links section, choose Complete Workbank (Telecoms). You can also search for workbank 6678.

Select telecoms assets when creating an option​

On the second page of the modal, choose the telecoms discipline. A list of telecoms asset areas is then available.

Show the Telecoms TRD on the calendar​

Choose Configure calendar, then Show Target Renewal Date. See Telecom TRD.

Group manual interventions with automated ones​

Add interventions to packages from the package name on the Edit intervention modal.

Review Telecom quantities​

View and edit telecoms technologies​

Choose Settings, then Technologies and work types, then Technologies.

View and edit telecoms work types​

Open the work types dashboard.

Open the linked DataStore record​

Choose Data, then Assets, then Telecoms, and use View in DataStore.

Understand asset names​

Telecom asset names are generated from the available Ellipse site identifier, asset location, asset type, manufacturer and model. Empty values are omitted. For example: E12345 - Birmingham New Street - CCTV - Siemens - S-200.
