Impact Data Sets

Impact Data Sets can be accessed by selecting Impact, followed by Impact Data Sets from the header bar.

Dashboard view​

The impact data sets dashboard view is the default page that opens when selecting impact data sets.

This displays a list of all current data sets available.

Published Status​

Two tabs are available on the dashboard view.

Published allows you to view all data sets that have been published. To view all data sets that are currently in draft phase, select the Draft tab.

Searching​

Datasets can be found using a text search.

To find a data set using the search, enter the keyword in the search box. The results will then be filtered for all matches to that keyword.

View Data Set​

To view any dataset, select the view icon. This will then load the dataset view.

Edit Data Set​

To edit any dataset, select the edit icon. This will load the dataset view in edit mode.

To save any changes, select Save Changes from the dataset header bar. If the dataset is still in draft phase, the option will also be available to save changes and publish.

Archive Data Set​

To archive any dataset, select the archive view. This hides the data set from view, but it can still be restored at a alter date.

Delete Data Set​

To delete any dataset, select the delete icon. This will delete the data set. This can only be completed when the dataset is not being used by any option.

Add New Dataset​

A new dataset can be created by selecting the Add New Data Set icon.

The following fields will be required:

  • Name - data set name to be used.
  • Description - a brief description of the data set
  • User Group - the user group the data set will belong to
  • Duplicate Existing - this allows the data set to be duplicated from an existing published data set.
  • Intervention Development Stage - which stage of intervention development the data set can be applied to.

Once this has been set, click OK to create the dataset.

A toast notification will be displayed when the dataset is ready to view / edit.

Set Dataset in Option​

To set a dataset in an option, select Option Settings from the sidebar of any workbank
