Asset Selection

After selecting an element type, the asset list shows the assets included in that group.

The list includes Batch, Asset, Visit, Assessment Type, Service Level Band, Prioritisation Factor, Policy Year, Year, Due Date, Last Assessed, Target Renewal Date, Local Info, and Actions.

Select Assess beside an asset to begin its questions. If more than one asset is available, Select Multiple can be used to create a batch assessment.

Use the Assets List and Assessments tabs to switch between the selected assets and completed assessment records.

Comments and files can be added from Add Comments and Attach Files. Asset-level comments and files should relate to the selected asset.
