User Permissions
Permission Levels
NSRL has several user permissions available. The level of access determines what functionality is available to a user.
Specific tasks may require the user to have additional permissions within NSRL.
If a task requires a higher level of permission than "Read Only", this has been highlighted in our documentation.
| Permission | Details |

| Application | Grants access to the NSRL application |
| Read | Grants read access to Index / Route Card data |
| Write | Grants write access to Index / Route Card data |
| Acceptor | Allows user to accept Indexes / Route Cards |
| Checker | Allows user access for checking of Indexes / Route Cards |
| Admin | Grants administrator access. |
