Asset Area Record View
The asset area record view displays all current records for the asset area type.
This can also be viewed by selecting the hamburger icon from the menu bar.
By accessing Asset selection from the menu bar, it is broken down by asset area type, followed by asset type.
Adding Additional Columns
Additional data columns can be added using the column selection box.
Select the checkbox next to the column name to be added (or deselect to hide the column). Once the selection has been made, click "Apply" to save any changes.
Asset Area Proposals
Asset area proposals can be viewed by selecting the "Proposals" option from the menu bar.

Filtering / Sorting
Adding A Filter
Filters can be added to any displayed column. To do this, select the "Filter" icon next to the column name and select the relevant options. This can also be done from the Filter icon in the menu bar.
Further filters can be added from the "Filters" heading. Select the "Add Filter" button to add additional columns. To save additional filter options, select the "Apply" button.
Removing A Filter
To remove any data filter that has been set, click the down arrow on the column heading and select the "clear" icon.
Alternatively, select the "Remove Filter" icon from the filters button.
Adding Sort Options
Sorting options can be enabled on a per column basis.
To add a sort option, select the "sort" icon next to the column name. By clicking the "sort" icon for a second time, the column will be displayed in reverse order.
Adding further sort options can be completed from the "Filters" icon in the menu bar. Select the "Add Sort" button to add additional an column. To save additional sort options, select the "Apply" button.
Removing Sort Options
To remove a sort option, select the "Remove Sort" icon from the "Filters" heading.
Search
The search bar allows users to narrow down the asset area to a specific keyword or phrase.
The entered text will be matched across all available text fields within the data and return results as each character is entered.
To remove the search filter, delete the entered text from the search bar.
Search allows you to quickly find keywords in any visible field.
Export
By selecting "Export" from the menu bar, users can export a copy of the currently displayed data.
This export is provided in CSV format and is downloaded automatically to the browsers default download location.
Some browsers may prompt you to allow downloads from datastore.railbi.com before saving the CSV file.
