Common tasks

Find assets​

Search by name in the relevant table on the dashboard.

For Telecoms, open Asset Data, select Telecoms Assets, or go directly to the Telecoms Assets record list, and search by asset name. This DataStore view replaces the former Decision Support Tool (DST) asset view. You can also choose View All Records and search or filter across the visible Telecoms fields.

If an expected Telecoms asset is not shown, clear the search and filters first. The dashboard lists the asset areas available for the routes assigned to your user.

Propose a change​

Open asset area data, choose Edit, and complete a new proposal.

Approve a proposal​

From the dashboard, open proposals and choose Approve. From an asset area overview, use the proposals tab.

View change history​

Open the History tab on asset area data.

Open data health​

Choose Data health in the sidebar.
