How To Access SICA

SICA is a web-based tool that can be used on a number of different devices. The tool features a responsive layout and is designed to be ran on desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile displays.

SICA runs in any modern web browser, and can be accessed via sica.railbi.com

How To Login

SICA access is granted via Single Sign On (SSO) using a Network Rail account.

If the user has a Network Rail account and cannot access SICA, please contact our service desk
